Inventor(s): GOURLAY ROBERT +
A magnetic water conditioning device that restores water to its
natural negative charge that is present in pristine flowing water
using non mechanical methods to induce the vortex, and a magnetic
configuration using sacred geometry to permanently hold the
negative charge in the water. All still or stored water loses its
negative charge without this treatment (all urban supply and
bottled water). Orbtek research confirms that all living bodies
eg. soil plants animals and humans are designed to sustain
cellular negative charge through the use of negatively charged
water.
The invention is to a method and apparatus for treating water
comprising a magnet configuration based on sacred space geometry
to create a natural, non-mechanical induced vortex. This method
has a number of significant improvements on the current devices
available in that it creates a stronger negative (-) charge of at
least negative 350 milliVolts (mV), eliminates pathogenic microbes
in water and allows for the negative charge to remain in the water
indefinitely. The magnet configuration is housed within a copper
casing, with the size of the device and external attachments being
specific for the intended use, including personal (bottle top),
house water and water for food production.

Description
Orbtek Pty Ltd has developed a number of devices to condition
water into a cohesive, living water structure that has
life-affirming effects on soil, biology, plants, animals and
humans.
Devices that are currently on the market, and claim to restructure
water, are generally using a mechanical vortexing method (eg:
Clayton Nolte and World Living Water Systems Pty Ltd) or encasing
natural spring water to act as a resonator to induce a negative
charge (eg. Grander).
The method devised by Orbtek only uses a unique magnet
configuration based on sacred space geometry to create a natural,
non-mechanical induced vortex. This method has a number of
significant improvements on the current devices available in that
it creates a stronger negative (-) charge of at least negative 350

Heart-shaped labyrinth
AU2015100864
Inventor : Larisa Vakulina
A cardioid shaped labyrinth with a unicursal serpentine path
comprising seven zones, wherein the total structure is
commensurate with the geomancer's rule of sacred geometry.
BACKGROUND TO THE INVENTION
[0002] The concept of a labyrinth has been known since ancient
times as a single path which a walker traverses, leading towards a
central location. The walker then follows the same path back out
of the labyrinth and walking such a path is understood to have a
spiritual effect on the walker. Labyrinths differ from mazes in
that a maze is generally made up of complex branched paths and is
used for entertainment or as a puzzle to be solved, whereas a
labyrinth has a single path and direction and is generally used
for spiritual guidance and private meditation.
[0003] The path is usually serpentine in shape, leading the user
around the labyrinth until they reach a defined space in the
centre. This central space can then be used for meditation or
other contemplation, and it is understood that several points
along the path can also have a spiritual effect on the walker.
[0004] An example of a known labyrinth is an erected structure
with established walls defining a path there between that the user
can walk through to reach the centre of the labyrinth.
Alternatively, the labyrinth can be represented two dimensionally
on a surface and the user can follow the path defined by the
serpentine lines which make up the labyrinth. Depictions of such
labyrinths have been embedded in ancient coins, pottery and
mosaics, and have been frequently represented in spiritual
structures such as on the floors of cathedrals.
[0005] The purpose of a labyrinth is spiritual transformation and
acts as a form of pilgrimage for the user.
[0006] Throughout history labyrinths have been represented by
various shapes.
The classical version of a labyrinth is formed from a circular or
oval shape with interior serpentine lines, however square,
rectangular, spiral and other geometric shapes have also been
used. The shape of such labyrinths are understood to correspond
with natural occurring shapes, and a circular labyrinth, in which
the walker first traverses the path clockwise and then
counter-clockwise, is understood to mirror the left and right
hemispheres in the human brain. It is also common for labyrinths
to contain seven circuits made up by the paths which are
associated with the seven primary chakras of the human body. It is
understood that each circuit or section of the path will
correspond with the associated chakra that make up the energy
fields of the human body, being the crown, third eye, throat,
heart, solar plexus, spleen and sacral.
[0007] Labyrinths have therefore been known to be designed using
sacred geometry, which is the replication of the geometric
patterns found in nature in the labyrinth to provide spiritual
connection to the user.
[0008] The object of this invention is to provide a heart shaped
labyrinth in which the dimensions of the seven circuits are
calculated using sacred geometry.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0009] In a first aspect the invention comprises a cardioid shaped
labyrinth with a unicursal serpentine path comprising seven zones,
wherein the total structure is commensurate with the geomancer's
rule of sacred geometry;
[0010] In preference, wherein each zone comprises one rotation of
the cardioid shape and each zone is traversed concentrically until
the user reaches a centre of the labyrinth;
[0011] In preference, wherein zone 1 is calculated using the
formula (1+5.375), zone 2 is calculated using the formula
(1+10.750), zone 3 is calculated using the formula (1+16.125),
zone 4 is calculated using the formula (1+21.500), zone 5 is
calculated using the formula (1+26.875), zone 6 is calculated
using the formula (1+32.25), and zone 7 is calculated using the
formula (1+37.625), wherein I represents the total length of the
path;
[0012] In preference, wherein the centre of the labyrinth includes
a meditation space; and [0013] In preference, wherein the
dimensions of the seven zones relate to dominant and secondary
features of spiritual and emotional clarity according to the rules
of sacred geometry.
[0014] It should be noted that any one of the aspects mentioned
above may include any of the features of any of the other aspects
mentioned above and may include any of the features of any of the
embodiments described below as appropriate.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0015] Preferred features, embodiments and variations of the
invention may be discerned from the following Detailed Description
which provides sufficient information for those skilled in the art
to perform the invention. The Detailed Description is not to be
regarded as limiting the scope of the preceding Summary of the
Invention in any way. The Detailed Description will make reference
to a number of drawings as follows.
[0016] Figure 1 is a plan view of a cardioid labyrinth with
seven zones.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0017] The following detailed description of the invention refers
to the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same
reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings and the
following description to refer to the same and like parts.
Dimensions of certain parts shown in the drawings may have been
modified and/or exaggerated for the purposes of clarity or
illustration.
[0018] The invention relates to a cardioid (heart shaped)
labyrinth 10 comprising a unicursal serpentine path 12 on which
the user walks. The path follows the heart shape of the overall
labyrinth and is separated into seven zones formed by each
clockwise or counter-clockwise loop of the path, illustrated in
Figure 1.
[0019] The dimensions of these zones are calculated using the
geomancer's rule of sacred geometry. In preference, the path 12 is
defined by corresponding barriers 26 which mirror the shape of the
path 12. In preference, these barriers are lined with native
plants and fauna and the path is made from sawdust, volcanic dust
or another naturally occurring substance. However it is to be
understood that any substance can be used for the path including
tiles or brick and that the barriers of the path can similarly be
defined by anything the creator desires.
[0020] In preference, the entrance to the labyrinth is defined by
an arch or portal 14 from which the path 12 commences. The path 12
leads in a direct line to the centre of the labyrinth 16 which is
an open area used for meditation and reflection. This allows the
user to go directly to the centre 16 is so desired. In preference,
the centre 16 includes a fountain or water feature 18 and gardens
20 filled with native plants and fauna. The centre 16 also
includes medication spaces 22 or seating spaces 24 to allow for
quiet reflection by the user.
[0021] Each loop of the path forms a zone in sequential
escalation, with the largest zone being comprised of the longest
path which the user walks first, preferably in a counter-clockwise
direction, although it is to be understood that the path can also
start in a clockwise direction. Each zone ends when the user has
walked a full rotation of the path in the zone either in a
clockwise of counter-clockwise direction, and then follows the
path in the other direction which loops inside the previous path.
[0022] Therefore, zone 1 comprises one rotation of the heart
shaped path 12, whereupon the user enters zone 2 which comprises a
further rotation of the heart shaped path. Zone 2 is shorter in
length than Zone 1 allowing the user to follow a concentric path
through the remaining zones until they reach the centre 16 once
they have traversed zone 7 which forms the barrier of the centre
16.
[0023] Labyrinths of varying shapes including circles and spirals
are known, however there are no known labyrinths forming a heart
shape to specifically address emotional clarity as circular and
spiral labyrinths address mental clarity. It is known that
circular or spiral labyrinths are designed to replicate the brain
function spiral, with the seven zones of a spiral or circular
labyrinth corresponding to the seven levels of the brain.
[0024] The present invention also makes use of seven zones,
however this is to replicate the function of the human heart
rather than the human brain. When the user traverses the path,
they follow the pattern of nature and the human body with each
zone corresponding to a function of the human heart. This has a
healing effect in allowing the user to clear emotional blocks and
achieve spiritual understanding by aligning the resonance of the
body mind and spirit with the frequencies of the world around. The
particular dimensions and ratios of the labyrinth 10 enable to
user to resonate or vibrate at the same frequency as their
subconscious. This connection between the conscious and the
subconscious allows the user to experience emotional clarity and
connection by walking the labyrinth path 12.
[0025] This requires the precise alignment of the zones with
geometric rules and the rules of sacred geometry, which deals with
the perception and definition of space.
Sacred geometry is calculated through the use of irrational
numbers, being those numbers which cannot be expressed as a ratio
of who integers. For example, Pi (r) is an irrational number. The
geomancer's rule uses irrational numbers based on the Chinese
method of residual measures to calculate the essence of a
structure or space by extracting or distilling all of the apparent
properties until only its purest form remains.
[0026] The seven zones are calculated using the geomancer's rule
in which the overall length of the labyrinth is divided by an
irrational number attributed to each of the seven zones. The below
table illustrates the seven zones and the associated irrational
number rounded to the third decimal point. Each zone has a
dominant feature or issue the user needs to address according to
sacred geometry, and each zone further contains four sub-zones
which make up secondary features of each zone. These features are
also illustrated in the below table.
Irrational Dominant Secondary features Number Feature Zone 1 5.375
Prosperity 1. At work 2. In money 3. In friends 4. In family Zone
2 10.750 Illness 1. Of body 2. Of mind 3. Of spirit 4. Of family
(genetic) Zone 3 16.125 Separation 1. From work 2. From purpose 3.
From friends 4. From family Zone 4 21.500 Righteousness 1.
Prosperity by right 2. Security 3. Accumulation 4. Prosperity
(passed on) Zone 5 26.875 Officialdom 1. Good luck 2. Eminence 3.
Promotion 4. Family continues pattern Zone 6 32.250 Robbery 1.
Death 2. Misfortune 3. Separation by deceit 4. Sudden loss Zone 7
37.625 Harm 1. Calamity 2. Death by other hands 3. Long illness 4.
Quarrel [0027] Therefore, when walking through each zone of the
labyrinth, the user will be aligned with the frequencies of their
subconscious and be able to achieve spiritual and emotional
clarity regarding the dominant and secondary features associated
with each zone and sub-zone.
[0028] Each of the zones 1-7 is defined by the division of the
overall length of the labyrinth path formed by the by the
corresponding irrational number, with the result being the length
of each zone. The length of zone 1 is therefore calculated by
dividing the total length of the path 12 by 5.375, the length of
zone 2 is calculated by dividing the total length of the path 12
by 10.750, the length of zone 3 is calculated by dividing the
total length of the path 12 by 16.125, the length of zone 4 is
calculated by dividing the total length of the path 12 by 21.500,
the length of zone is calculated by dividing the total length of
the path 12 by 26.875, the length of zone 6 is calculated by
dividing the total length of the path 12 by 32.250 and the length
of zone 7 is calculated by dividing the total length of the path
12 by 37.625.
[0029] For example, if the overall length of the path 12 is 1000
metres, then the length of zone 1 would be 186.04 metres, the
length of zone 2 would be 93.02 metres, the length of zone 3 would
be 62.01 metres, the length of zone 4 would be 46.51 metres, the
length of zone 5 would be 37.20 metres, the length of zone 6 would
be 31.00 metres and the length of zone 7 would be 23.25 metres. In
preference, the corresponding length of each zone corresponds with
one circuit of the path either in a clockwise or counter-clockwise
direction. The labyrinth 12 therefore comprises seven zones formed
from seven barriers forming a serpentine path in a spiralled heart
shape therebetween.
[0030] The reader will now appreciate the present invention which
is a heart shaped labyrinth with allows to user to achieve
emotional clarity through the traversing of a defined path wherein
the dimensions of the path are calculated using sacred geometry.
[0031] Further advantages and improvements may very well be made
to the present invention without deviating from its scope.
Although the invention has been shown and described in what is
conceived to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is
recognized that departures may be made therefrom within the scope
and spirit of the invention, which is not to be limited to the
details disclosed herein but is to be accorded the full scope of
the claims so as to embrace any and all equivalent devices and
apparatus. Any discussion of the prior art throughout the
specification should in no way be considered as an admission that
such prior art is widely known or forms part of the common general
knowledge in this field.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STORING AND
APPLYING MAGNETIC FIELDS
US2011033589
Invnetor : Kim Shallcross
An apparatus is provided for storing magnetic fields generated by
a rotating array of magnets. The device consists of a housing of
non-magnetic material supporting an array of magnets disposed in
the housing according to a pattern conforming with sacred
geometry. A method is provided for applying, in a remote location,
magnetic fields generated by a magnetic field generator having an
array of magnets rotating about an axis. The method comprises the
steps of: (i) obtaining an apparatus as described above; (ii)
placing the apparatus in a magnetic field being generated by the
magnetic field generator for a period of time sufficient for the
apparatus to absorb a beneficial amount of the magnetic field;
and, (iii) transporting the apparatus with the absorbed field to
the remote location and placing the apparatus adjacent an item to
be purified.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates generally to the use of
rotating magnetic fields for the purification of food, water, air
and soil and direct application to human and animal body surfaces
for healing. More particularly, the invention relates to the
storage of such fields in non-rotating portable devices.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Devices have been developed which utilize the effect of
rotating magnetic fields to purify water, food and the like. An
early such device is disclosed in Applicant's International
Application No. WO/2004/007377. This device utilizes an array of
magnets disposed concentrically about a rotatable shaft. Rotation
of the shaft generates a magnetic field which produces beneficial
purifying effects.
[0003] The earlier device is rather bulky and uses a large
electric motor to rotate a heavy circular array of magnets to
achieve its results. More effective and compact devices have been
invented by the present inventor which utilize shaped magnetic
elements arranged in patterns according to “sacred geometry”, an
expression which is discussed in more detail below. Such devices
are described in the inventor's co-pending Canadian Patent
Application Nos. 2,488,776, and 2,526,977; U.S. Patent Application
No. US2006/01938891A1, and PCT International Application No.
PCT/CA2006/001984.
[0004] Despite the inventive improvements embodied in the more
recent applications which have made the devices more effective and
smaller, heretofore treatment has required proximity of what is
being treated to the device. This may be impractical in some
applications such as in ongoing treatment of users and in treating
food or beverages prior to consumption in public places such as at
restaurant tables.
[0005] It is an object of the present invention to provide a
device for storing magnetic energy from a field generating
apparatus such as described above which device may in turn be
readily carried by a user to apply the magnetic field in a
location remote from the field generating device.
[0006] The term “sacred geometry” refers to a number of basic
geometrical patterns and figures which embody one of five basic
geometrical ratios: Pi, √2, √5, √3, Phi.
[0007] Pi is the ratio of the diameter of a circle to its
circumference.
[0008] √2 is the length of the diagonal of a square with sides of
length 1.
[0009] √5 is the length of a diagonal of a rectangle with sides 1
and 2.
[0010] √3 is the length of a cord connecting the points of
intersection of two circles of radius 1, when the circumference of
each intersects the centre of the other.
[0011] Phi-1+√5/2 is a naturally occurring ratio prevalent in
animal and plant skeletal structures; it is also referred to as
the “golden ratio”. Most naturally occurring fractal patterns,
such as snow flakes, tree shapes and so on, follow the golden
ratio.
[0012] Sacred geometrical patterns, then, are patterns constructed
using the sacred geometrical ratios, and are exemplified by the
Seed of Life pattern, which will be used herein for example
purposes. Other sacred geometrical shapes and patterns include,
but are not limited to, pentagons, pentagrams, hexagrams,
equilateral triangles, squares, rectangles with a 2:1 ratio,
vesica pisces, and three-dimensional structures including the
pyramid and the Kathara grid. Other shapes and structures will be
apparent to one versed in the field.
[0013] The Seed of Life may be regarded as a component of the
Flower of Life. The Seed of Life is derived from a series of six
overlapping circles overlying a central circle. The centre of the
each of the six overlapping circles is on the circumference of the
centre circle.
[0014] The Flower of Life is a geometrical figure composed of
multiple evenly-spaced, overlapping circles, arranged in a
flower-like pattern with six-fold symmetry. The centre of each
circle is on the circumference of six surrounding circles of the
same diameter. In other words the Seed of Life pattern is a
repeated element of the Flower of Life.
[0015] References discussing sacred geometry and sacred
geometrical patterns include the following: “Secrets in the
Fields: The Science and Mysticism of Crop Circles” by Freddy
Silva; “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 1” by
Drunvalo Melchizedek; “A Beginner's Guide to Constructing the
Universe: (The Mathematical Archetypes of Nature, Art and Science,
A Voyage from 1 to 10)” by Michael S. Schneider.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

generated by a rotating array of magnets. The device consists of a
housing of non-magnetic material supporting an array of magnets
disposed in the housing according to a pattern conforming with
sacred geometry.
[0017] Each magnet of the array of magnets may be a lens-shaped
profile and the magnets may be disposed in a seed of life pattern.
[0018] The housing may be a non-magnetic matrix in which the
magnets are embedded.
[0019] The apparatus may include attachment means for attaching
the apparatus to user. The attachment means may be a strap.
[0020] The invention recognizes the use, for storing a magnetic
field generated by a rotating array of magnets, of an apparatus as
described above.
[0021] A method is provided for applying, in a location remote
therefrom of magnetic fields generated by a magnetic field
generator having an array of magnets rotating about an axis. The

the magnetic field generator for a period of time sufficient for
the apparatus to absorb a beneficial amount of the magnetic field;
and,
(iii) transporting the apparatus with the absorbed field to the
remote location and placing the apparatus adjacent an object to be
purified.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0033] A typical prior magnetic field generator for generating a
purifying field is generally illustrated by reference 10 in FIG.
1. The magnetic field generator 10 may be mounted in a box 11 with
access to the interior thereof being possible by the removal of
fasteners such as bolts or screws.
[0034] A motor 12, such as an electric motor, is mounted in the
box 11. Motor 12 is typically powered by connection to the
electrical mains, but may alternatively be battery powered, solar
powered, hand-cranked, or powered by any other known means. Motor
12 has a driven rotating shaft 13 extending therefrom, A cooling
fan 14 may be mounted on the shaft, to keep the motor cool during
long periods of operation, for instance if the device is being
used to treat a water supply.
[0035] At the end of the shaft 13 is mounted a support plate 15,
onto which magnets 16 are fastened. The plate may be made of any
suitable substance, such as high density polyethylene. Magnets 16
are typically strong magnets such as iron boron neodymium magnets,
available from a number of sources.
[0036] The magnets 16 are laid out in a sacred geometrical pattern
and affixed to support plate 15. Preferably, the pattern will be
rotationally symmetrical about the centre of shaft 13, to permit
the plate to rotate without wobbling.
[0037] The magnets 16 are cut, for instance by laser cutting, but
by any suitable means, into the lens shape of the elements of the
seed of life, in the embodiment illustrated. The magnets, it will
be noted, may be electromagnets, or permanent magnets, since the
field created will not differ substantially.
[0038] The magnetic field generator 10 has practical application
as a means to purify water or food, to kill pathogens and break
down toxins. The magnetic field generator 10 is also useful for
direct application to a human body to assist in restoring
circulation, treating inflammation, ulceration, viral and
bacterial infections, and as a general tonic.
[0039] The illustrated magnetic field generator 10 is exemplary as
other arrangements may be utilized. The above described magnetic
field generator accords with the inventor's U.S. Patent
Application No. 2006/0138891A1 referred to above. Other examples
of such devices are described in the inventor's other applications
referred to in the background above. The use of the apparatus of
the present invention is not restricted to any specific magnetic
field generator as long as the generator generates a magnetic
field capable of purification and treatment as set out in the
preceding paragraph.
[0040] An apparatus according to the present invention for storing
magnetic fields generated by a rotating array of magnets is
generally indicated by reference 20 in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4. The
apparatus 20 comprises a housing 22 of a non-magnetic material
which supports an array of magnets 24 disposed in a pattern
according to sacred geometry.
[0041] A variety of patterns incorporating sacred geometry may be
utilized. The one illustrated is known as a “seed of life”
pattern. The seed of life pattern is particularly advantageous in
that it concentrates the overlapping fields of a large number of
magnets 24 in a tight, rotationally symmetrical pattern. The
magnets 24 may be cut, for instance by laser cutting, into
elements having a lens-shaped profile as seen in FIG. 2.
[0042] The housing may be a non-magnetic matrix in which the
magnets 24 are embedded. As illustrated the magnets may be
embedded with one face visible. Alternatively the magnets 24 may
be entire covered by a matrix. A suitable matrix material is epoxy
resin however thermoplastic and thermal plastic resins may be used
as well as chemically setting plastic materials such as epoxy and
non-magnetic metals such as aluminium.
[0043] Although embedding is desirable from the standpoint of
aesthetics and holding the magnets 24 securely, it is not a
requirement. The housing 22 may simply be disk or cup-shaped with
the magnets adhered thereto.
[0044] The magnets are preferably arranged with north and south
poles alternating.
[0045] The device 20 may be of a size and configured to be readily
portable such as in a handbag or pocket to be held against any
item to be purified. Alternatively, and as illustrated, the
apparatus 20 may include attaching means such as the strap 30 for
attaching the apparatus to a user. The strap 30 may be similar to
a watch strap and include holes 34 at one end for engaging a
buckle 32 at an opposite end. Protrusions 28 extending from the
housing 22 may be used which receive a pin 26 extending through a
loop in the ends of the strap 30 such as is commonly done with
watch straps. The foregoing is exemplary. A strap with hook and
loop fasteners or an elastic loop would be but two of other
suitable attachment means. The strap may be otherwise fastened to
the housing 22.
[0046] Although the patterns illustrated are somewhat
two-dimensional in that the seed of life is embedded in a disk,
three-dimensional arrays may also be used. The disk-like
arrangement is convenient for attachable devices such as
illustrated because of its compactness. Many other configurations
are possible. One example would be the arrangement utilized for
the rotatable magnet in Applicant's above reference PCT
application. Examples of other “three-dimensional” arrangements
include those illustrated and described in the references set out
in paragraph [0015] above and other references describing sacred
geometrical shapes.
[0047] In use, the apparatus 20 is placed in a magnetic field
being generated by a magnetic field generator such as the magnetic
field generator 10 described above. The apparatus 20 would be held
in the field for a period of time sufficient for the apparatus to
absorb a beneficial amount of a magnetic field. The actual amount
of time will vary depending on the strength of the field being
generated by the magnetic field generator 10, the size and
strength of the magnets 24 and the apparatus 20, the particular
sacred geometrical pattern embodied in the apparatus 20 and the
desired use of the apparatus 20.
[0048] Once the apparatus 20 has absorbed a sufficient amount of
magnetic field it may be removed from the vicinity of a magnetic
field generator 10 and transported to a desired remote location.
The apparatus 20 may be worn by a user on their wrist or about
their ankle. Alternatively the device may be carried in a pocket
or other container to a site where an item is to be purified. For
example, the device may be placed on a table in a restaurant
adjacent plates and beverage glasses, the contents of which are to
be purified.
[0049] As mentioned above, a variety of patterns incorporating
sacred geometry may be utilized. The seed of life pattern is but
one. FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 illustrate an embodiment including a series
of six magnets 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, 46e and 46f, mounted in a
matrix 40 of a non-magnetic plastic material such as polyethylene,
polyurethane, epoxy, aluminum or other non-magnetic matrix
material. The matrix 40 is either molded around the magnets to fix
and replace or provided with slots each adapted to receive a
magnet.
[0050] The arrangement illustrated in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 includes a
housing 22 as described above containing a “two-dimensional” array
of magnets disposed in a seed of life pattern as described above.
Adjacent the housing 22 is a matrix 40 containing six magnets 46a,
46b, 46c, 46d, 46e and 46f mounted in the matrix 40 with one end
near the radial centre 44 (corresponding with the centre of the
seed of life pattern) of magnets 24 disposed in the housing 22.
The magnets 46a-46f extend away from the housing 22 in an
“inverted pyramid” or “inverted cone”-like configuration having an
apex at the centre 44. FIG. 7 illustrates an angle of
approximately 45° however other angles may be used.
[0051] Each of the magnets at 46a-46f is rotated about its
longitudinal axis by 30° relative to its clock-wise neighbour,
whereby diametrically opposed magnets 46a and 46d are rotated by
90° relative to each other. The overall arrangement is not unlike
the three-dimensional array of magnets utilized in the rotatable
magnetic head of applicant's co-pending Canadian Patent
Application No. 2,526,977 disclosed in the background hereto.
[0052] It will be understood that other three-dimensional arrays
of magnets may be utilized in association with a pattern according
to sacred geometry. The expression “according to sacred geometry”
is intended to encompass combinations of patterns wherein arrays
which accord with sacred geometry are combined with other arrays
of magnets which do not.
Multi-rotator magnetic resonator
embodying sacred geometry

Inventor : Kim Shallcross
A device for healing or purification having magnets configured in
a pattern conforming to sacred geometry, adapted for rotation
about an axis. The device is useful for purifying water, and
breaking down toxic waste and environmental pollutants from
automobiles and industry in water, food, soil and air.
The present invention relates to the field of purification and
healing devices. In particular, the present invention provides an
apparatus that utilizes the rotation of magnetic fields
constructed in patterns dictated by sacred geometry. There have
been devices, including that shown in applicant's pending
International Application No. PCT CA03/00966, that utilize the
effect of rotating magnetic fields to purify water, food and the
like. This device, while quite functional, is rather bulky, and
uses a large electric motor to rotate a heavy circular array of
magnets to achieve results. Now, the actual mechanism by which
purification of water, food and the like occurs in a rotating
magnetic field is not precisely known. In "About strange effects
related to rotating magnetic systems" by M. Pitkanen, University
of Helsinki, the author suggest that gravitational anomalies may
affect macroscopic objects in rotating magnetic systems. Moreover,
negative energy spacetime sheets are generated by rotating
magnetic fields, resulting in a quantum system in which particle
energies are negative. However, as the author points out, this
does not result in "sucking energy from the external world.".
Rather, negative energy is fed into the field. The present
inventor theorizes that it is the negative energy thus liberated
that affects toxins, virus and bacteria particles, using aberrants
commonly referred to as "superbugs". The object of the present
invention, therefore, is to provide an apparatus utilizing the
inventor's previous developments in the field of rotating magnetic
fields, to provide a more compact and efficient device for
purification of food, water, air and soil, and direct application
to human and animal body surfaces for healing. In order to achieve
this object, the present invention utilizes the principles and
patterns of sacred geometry. By the term "sacred geometry", the
applicant does not mean to imply that the present invention has
religious significance. The term sacred geometry is a technical
term of art used to refer to a number of basic geometrical
patterns that have also been used by humanity over the millennia
in religious rituals because of the patterns' fundamental
connection with nature and humanity. CA 02526977 2005-12-06 In a
broad sense, sacred geometry can be said to be patterns and
figures created using one of five basic geometrical ratios: Pi,
,~2, ,~5, ,~3, Phi. Pi is the ratio of the diameter of a circle to
its circumference. ,~2 is the length of the diagonal of a square
with sides of length 1. ,I 5 is the length of a diagonal of a
rectangle with sides I and 2. ,r3 is the length of a cord
connecting the points of intersection of two circles of radius 1,
when the circumference of each intersects the centre of the other.
Phi - 1+,r5 / 2 is a naturally occurring ratio prevalent in animal
and plant skeletal structures; it is also referred to as the
golden ratio. Most naturally occurring fractal patterns, such as
snow flakes, tree shapes and so on, follow the golden ratio.
Sacred geometrical patterns, then, are patterns constructed using
the sacred geometrical ratios, and are exemplified by the Seed of
Life pattern, which will be used herein for example purposes.
Other sacred geometrical shapes and patterns include, but are not
limited to, pentagons, pentagrams, hexagrams, equilateral
triangles, squares, rectangles with 2:1 ratio, vesica pisces, and
three-dimensional structures including the pyramid and the Kathara
grid. Other shapes and structures will be apparent to one versed
in the field. In a broad aspect, then, the present invention
relates to a device for healing or purification having magnets
configured in a pattern conforming to sacred geometry, adapted for
rotation about an axis. In drawings that illustrate the present
invention by way of example:
Figure 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a device
manufactured according to a first embodiment of the present
invention, with its protective cover removed;
Figure 2 is a schematic view of the layout of magnets on
the rotating plate of the device of Figure 1.
Figure 3 is a schematic of an embodiment of the present
invention using a hemispherical rotating magnet head.
Figure 4 is a schematic of an embodiment of the present
invention using a symmetrically disposed pair of hemispherically
shaped rotating magnet heads.
Figure 5 is a schematic of the magnet layout of a
hemispherical magnet head according to the present invention.
Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view through line 6-6 of
Figure 5.
Referring now to the drawings, the present invention provides a
device that may itself assume virtually any shape. Typically, it
will be a compact box 1, with access to the interior thereof being
possible by the removal of fasteners such as bolts or screws. The
box is made of metal or rigid plastic. Other materials, such as
wood, fibreglass, ceramics or the like may also be used. A motor
2, such as an electric motor, is mounted in the box 1. Motor 2 is
typically powered by connection to the electrical mains, but may
alternatively be battery powered, solar powered, hand-cranked, or
powered by any other known means. Motor 2 has a driven rotating
shaft 3 extending therefrom. A cooling fan 4 may be mounted on the
shaft, to keep the motor cool during long periods of operation,
for instance if the device is being used to treat a water supply.
At the end of the shaft 3 is mounted a support plate 5, onto which
magnets 6 are fastened. The plate may be made of any suitable
substance, such as high density polyethylene. Magnets 6 are
typically strong magnets such as iron boron neodymium magnets,
available from a number of sources.
As can be seen from Figure 2, the magnets 6 are laid out in a
sacred geometrical pattern and affixed to support plate 5.
Preferably, the pattern will be rotationally symmetrical about the
centre of shaft 3, to permit the plate to rotate without wobbling.
The magnets 6 are cut, for instance by laser cutting, but by any
suitable means, into the lens shape of the elements of the seed of
life, in the embodiment illustrated. The magnets, it will be
noted, may be electromagnets, or permanent magnets, since the
field created will not differ substantially. The device of the
present invention has practical application as a means to purify
water or food, to kill pathogens and break down toxins. The device
is also useful for direct application to a human body to assist in
restoring circulation, treating inflammation, ulceration, viral
and bacterial infections, and as a general tonic.
As noted above, the magnets may be set out in other patterns for
more specific use with other pathogens and toxins to obtain
similar results. The seed of life pattern is a particularly
advantageous pattern in that it allows one to concentrate the
overlapping fields of a large number of magnets in a tight,
rotationally symmetrical pattern Turning now to Figures s to o,
two advantageous embodiments of the present invention, using a
three-dimensional array of magnets, are shown. I
In the schematics of Figures 3 and 4, plate 5 having magnets
mounted therein is replaced by a plate 8 mounted for rotation on
shaft 3 that is driven by motor 2.
In Figure 3, a single hemispherical magnet head is mounted for
rotation on plate 8.
In Figure 4, a pair of heads 7 and 7a are disposed symmetrically
on shaft 3. It will be understood that in this embodiment, the
innermost magnet head 7a will have a bore formed thereon to
accommodate the shaft 3.
Turning to Figures 5 and 6, in Figure 5, the layout of magnets in
a hemispherical head 7 is shown. A series of six magnets 6, each
one shaped like the magnets used in the flat assembly shown in
Figure 2, are mounted in a hemispherical matrix 9 of a non-
magnetic plastic material such as polyethylene, polyurethane, or a
similar rigid formable plastic material. The matrix is moulded
around the magnets, to fix them in place. Each of the six magnets,
6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e and 6f is mounted in the matrix with one end
near the radial centre of the hemisphere, and the other end near
the outer periphery, as shown in Figure 6. Each magnet is,
however, rotated on its longitudinal axis by 30° relative to its
clockwise neighbour, whereby diametrically opposed magnets 6a and
6d are rotated by 90° relative to each other. It has been found
that this arrangement provides a vortex of interacting magnetic
fields that will be concentrated along the axis of shaft 3,
extending away from the rotating magnetic head. It will be
understood that other three-dimensional arrays of magnets will
also be possible, as will be clear to one skilled in the art in
light of the present disclosure.

Although there are toys on the market that embody elements of
Platonic solids and polyhedral forms, there are no Platonic solids
with colored, magnetized faces that are polarized in the
arrangement noted in this design.
Since the pieces can be joined in a limitless amount (along the
lines of how Lego- brand building blocks can be snapped together
ad-infinitum), there is no end to the imaginative possibilities
one might discover.
Since the magnets are embedded, the faces will be able to join
smoothly and rotate around one another, which provides ease-of-use
for the task of aligning the colored faces. The only similarity to
prior art inventions is the use of magnets for joining
construction elements, and in the general polyhedron shapes -
there are no products that use a solid plastic, polarity-colored
shape and embedded magnets.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE BEST MODE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
As shown in the drawings wherein like numerals represent like
parts throughout the several views, there is generally disclosed
in Figure 1 an isometric 3 D view of a tetrahedron with magnets of
alternate polarity 151,152 on adjacent members 150.
Figure 2 shows an isometric 3D view of a modular tetrahedron with
magnets of alternate polarity 251,252 on adjacent members 250.
There is no theoretical limit to the size of the tetrahedron but
of course there are practical limits of logistics.
Figure 3 shows plan view of the four dimensional coordinate
system.
Through the application of a 4D tetra system, which is a planar
coordinate system based on a regular tetrahedron (see diagram
below), systems can be constructed that follow natural principles.
The tetrahedron is a planar approximation of a sphere with the
minimum number of faces. Devices that require spherical output
through rectilinear transducers can use the tetra system to
achieve the desired result.
Another quality of the tetrahedron and sacred geometry is in the
repeating patterns of symmetry found as the Platonic solids are
joined. This property is the three-dimensional equivalent of
fractal mathematics where self- similar structures are multiplied
to produce computer graphics.
In the natural world, solids are manifested through the recursion
of the basic sacred geometry forms. These forms are polarized,
which determines how the fundamental forms (tetrahedron, pyramid,
Platonic solids) may be joined to produce larger similar
structures.
Instead of the tetrahedron, pyramids may be assembled from the
same basic triangular members. Examples of pyramids include
square, pentagonal hexagonal, heptagonal, octagonal etc.
Figure 4 shows various forms of mono and dipyramids 400. These
forms become the primary building blocks, which can be combined to
form other Platonic and Johnson Solids, including the stellated
variations. Included in Figure 4 are Square Pyramid (410),
Pentagonal Pyramid (420) Hexagonal pyramid (430) Heptagonal
pyramid (440) Octagonal pyramid (450) Triangular Dipyramid (460)
and Pentagonal Dypyramid (470)
Figure SA shows a small octahedron 510 which in turn comprises a
pair of tetrahedron 550 or square pyramids 410 and Fig. 5 B shows
a large octahedron 520 which comprises plurality of pieces or
blocks 550 disclosed earlier and Fig. 5C shows a Stellated
octahedron 530 also made from smaller and modular blocks 550
disclosed.
Figure 6A shows an Icosahedron 610 and Fig 6 B shows a stellated
Icosahedron 620. Likewise Figure 7A shows a Dodecahedron 710 and
Fig. 7B shows a stellated dodecahedron 720. Figure 8 A shows a
front plan view of an assembled configuration comprising plurality
of elements 812 disclosed earlier, housed inside a transparent
sphere 815 which in turn comprises two transparent hemispheres
815A & 815B. Figure 8 B shows front plan view of an assembled
humanoid toy configuration 820 comprising plurality of other
elements such as head 420, arms 100, upper body member 430, lower
body member 805 and legs and feet 150.
Figure 9 shows an isometric view of the lighted embodiment 900 in
a clear or colored plastic outer cover 950 as one of the shapes
described herein complete
with an illumination source 940 such as a light emitting diode, a
direct current battery source 920 as well as magnets 910,930.
Figure 10A shows an isometric view of the motorized embodiment
1000 complete with transparent cover 1050 complete with direct
current battery power source 1060, direct current motor 1062 with
shaft 1061 and magnet 1070 as well as 1022 location for another
magnet.
Figure 10B shows more detailed view of the motorized section of
the motorized embodiment of Fig. 10A complete with magnet 1070,
power supply 1060, direct current motor 1062 where in the shaft
1061 penetrates through surface of the clear or colored
transparent or translucent cover 1050.
ASSEMBLY USE AND OPERATION
The manufacturing, assembly and use of this invention is very
simple even intuitive. The toy is a set of basic building blocks
that follow principles of sacred geometry. The toy is comprised of
Platonic solids with colored, magnetized faces with a specific
polarity so that the various solids may be joined together to form
more complex shapes and color patterns. As the shapes combine to
create larger related forms, the relationship between the basic
geometrical forms and the bipolar forces needed to hold the
objects in each configuration provide a learning experience of
spatial visualization, problem solving, iteration, and symmetry.
The toy is designed to teach the concepts of polyhedra, the
Johnson and Platonic solids, Sacred Geometry, pattern recognition,
polarity and symmetry.
Through visualization and tactile exploration, the pieces are
assembled to match existing shapes, or to find new arrangements.
For the puzzle attribute, the goal is to align the pieces in such
a way as to obtain symmetrical alternating color patterns (shown
in the pictures above).
In the preferred embodiment the inventor employed toy members
approximately 2"on a side, making it easy to manipulate even for
young children. The sensation of two pieces snapping together from
the magnetic attraction provides sensory feedback, fascination and
amusement.
In the best mode preferred embodiment the inventor made the parts
by embedding neodymium disk magnets in injection molded parts.
The Basic Solids include polyhedra from the Platonic Solids. The
basic shapes that are part of the Toy include the regular
tetrahedron, pyramid, pentagonal pyramid, hexagonal pyramid and
heptagonal pyramid. All members are modular such that two large
tetrahedrons may be joined back to back to form one large
octahedron.
The inventor has given a non-limiting description of the drop case
rapid weapon deployment system of this invention. Due to the
simplicity and elegance of the design of this invention designing
around it is very difficult if not impossible.
Nonetheless many changes may be made to this design without
deviating from the spirit of this invention. Examples of such
contemplated variations include the following:
1. The shape and size and quantity of the various members and
components may be modified.
2. The color, aesthetics and materials may be enhanced or varied.
3. Different educational graphic may be selected for learning and
teaching different substantive subjects through this medium of
instruction.
4. Additional complimentary and complementary functions and
features may be added.
5. A more economical version of the game be adapted.
6. An audio-visual computer software version of the game may be
employed.
7. Additional educational content may be imparted on the faces of
the hedrons.
8. Devices such as lights, speakers etc may be added in hedrons
for special effects.
9. The fastener means may be modified. For example One might also
construct similar pieces through the use of foam core with affixed
magnets.
10. Another alternative is to use polarized solid state connectors
instead of magnets, like Velcro'hooks and rings', or a snap
connector with a male/female plug.
NOTE: The Velcro doesn't have the rotation capability of the
magnets, but a swivel device could be added to address that.
Thus the game is not limited to a single toy shape or tetrahedron.
The shapes can be substituted for colors, numbers, letters, animal
figures, images, patterns and more. It can have a version where it
is played in the swimming pool and at night where glow in the dark
material or other illuminating devices are used. For added
enhancement color lights and even motion may be added. This game
can also have a software program version where the user can have
the ability to customize the images to be used on the game. Thus
it can not only teach sacred geometry concepts but also other
substantive knowledge in almost any medium of instruction.
Other changes such as aesthetics and substitution of newer
materials as they become available, which substantially perform
the same function in substantially the same manner with
substantially the same result without deviating from the spirit of
the invention may be made.

Rotating magnetic device utilizing
sacred geometry
US7611626
Inventor : Kim Shallcross
A device for healing or purification having magnets configured in
a pattern conforming to sacred geometry, adapted for rotation
about an axis. The device is useful for purifying water and
breaking down toxic waste and environmental pollutants from
automobiles and industry in water, food, soil and air.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the field of purification and
healing devices. In particular, the present invention provides an
apparatus that utilizes the rotation of magnetic fields
constructed in patterns dictated by sacred geometry.
There have been devices, including that shown in applicant's
pending International Application No. PCT CA03/00966, that utilize
the effect of rotating magnetic fields to purify water, food and
the like, This device, while quite functional, is rather bulky,
and uses a large electric motor to rotate a heavy circular array
of magnets to achieve results.
Now, the actual mechanism by which purification of water, food and
the like occurs in a rotating magnetic field is not precisely
known. In “About strange effects related to rotating magnetic
systems” by M. Pitkänen, University of Helsinki, the author
suggest that gravitational anomalies may affect macroscopic
objects in rotating magnetic systems. Moreover, negative energy
spacetime sheets are generated by rotating magnetic fields,
resulting in a quantum system in which particle energies are
negative. However, as the author points out, this does not result
in “sucking energy from the external world.” Rather, negative
energy is fed into the field.
The present inventor theorizes that it is the negative energy thus
liberated that affects toxins, virus and bacteria particles, using
aberrants commonly referred to as “superbugs.”
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention, therefore, is to provide an
apparatus utilizing the inventor's previous developments in the
field of rotating magnetic fields, to provide a more compact and
efficient device for purification of food, water, air and soil,
and direct application to human and animal body surfaces for
healing. In order to achieve this object, the present invention
utilizes the principles and patterns of sacred geometry.
By the term “sacred geometry,” the applicant does not mean to
imply that the present invention has religious significance. The
term sacred geometry is a technical term of art used to refer to a
number of basic geometrical patterns that have also been used by
humanity over the millennia in religious rituals because of the
patterns' fundamental connection with nature and humanity.
In a broad sense, sacred geometry can be said to be patterns and
figures created using one of five basic geometrical ratios: Pi,
√2, √5, √3, Phi.
Pi is the ratio of the diameter of a circle to its circumference.
√2 is the length of the diagonal of a square with sides of length
1.
√5 is the length of a diagonal of a rectangle with sides 1 and 2.
√3 is the length of a cord connecting the points of intersection
of two circles of radius 1, when the circumference of each
intersects the centre of the other.
Phi−1+√5/2 is a naturally occurring ratio prevalent in animal and
plant skeletal structures; it is also referred to as the golden
ratio. Most naturally occurring fractal patterns, such as snow
flakes, tree shapes and so on, follow the golden ratio.
In a broad aspect, then, the present invention relates to a device
for healing or purification having magnets configured in a pattern
conforming to sacred geometry, adapted for rotation about an axis.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Referring now to the drawings, the present invention provides a
device that may itself assume virtually any shape. Typically, it
will be a compact box 1, with access to the interior thereof being
possible by the removal of fasteners such as bolts or screws.
The box is made of metal or rigid plastic. Other materials, such
as wood, fiberglass, ceramics or the like may also be used. A
motor 2, such as an electric motor, is mounted in the box 1. Motor
2 is typically powered by connection to the electrical mains, but
may alternatively be battery powered, solar powered, hand-cranked,
or powered by any other known means. Motor 2 has a driven rotating
shaft 3 extending therefrom, A cooling fan 4 may be mounted on the
shaft, to keep the motor cool during long periods of operation,
for instance if the device is being used to treat a water supply.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the magnets 6 are laid out in a sacred
geometrical pattern and affixed to support plate 5. Preferably,
the pattern will be rotationally symmetrical about the centre of
shaft 3, to permit the plate to rotate without wobbling.
The device of the present invention has practical application as a
means to purify water or food, to kill pathogens and break down
toxins. The device is also useful for direct application to a
human body to assist in restoring circulation, treating
inflammation, ulceration, viral and bacterial infections, and as a
general tonic.
As noted above, the magnets may be set out in other patterns for
more specific use with other pathogens and toxins to obtain
similar results. The seed of life pattern is a particularly
advantageous pattern in that it allows one to concentrate the
overlapping fields of a large number of magnets in a tight,
rotationally symmetrical pattern
Turning now to FIGS. 3 to 6, two advantageous embodiments of the
present invention, using a three-dimensional array of magnets, are
shown.
In the schematics of FIGS. 3 and 4, plate 5 having magnets mounted
therein is replaced by a plate 8 mounted for rotation on shaft 3
that is driven by motor 2. In FIG. 3, a single hemispherical
magnet head is mounted for rotation on plate 8. In FIG. 4, a pair
of heads 7 and 7a are disposed symmetrically on shaft 3. It will
be understood that in this embodiment, the innermost magnet head
7a will have a bore formed thereon to accommodate the shaft 3.
Turning to FIGS. 5 and 6, in FIG. 5, the layout of magnets in a
hemispherical head 7 is shown. A series of six magnets 6, each one
shaped like the magnets used in the flat assembly shown in FIG. 2,
are mounted in a hemispherical matrix 9 of a non-magnetic plastic
material such as polyethylene, polyurethane, or a similar rigid
formable plastic material, The matrix is molded around the
magnets, to fix them in place. Each of the six magnets, 6a, 6b,
6c, 6d, 6e and 6f is mounted in the matrix with one end near the
radial centre of the hemisphere, and the other end near the outer
periphery, as shown in FIG. 6. Each magnet is, however, rotated on
its longitudinal axis by 30° relative to its clockwise neighbor,
whereby diametrically opposed magnets 6a and 6d are rotated by 90°
relative to each other. It has been found that this arrangement
provides a vortex of interacting magnetic fields that will be
concentrated along the axis of shaft 3, extending away from the
rotating magnetic head.
