METHOD
AND APPARATUS FOR INTERMEDIATE CONTROLLED FUSION PROCESSES
US2012033775
// WO2012112206
A method and apparatus for producing usable heat by fusion of
two atoms within a vessel filled with a gas. The fusion is
performed under pressure within an electric arc between two
electrodes within the vessel. The electron clouds of the atoms
are deformed into a toroidal shape by a magnetic field of the
electric arc, thereby exposing the nuclei of both atoms. Upon
such exposure, a trigger such as a sudden change in the arc or a
sudden increase of pressure in the vessel forces the nuclei of
the atoms to fuse, producing a new atom. Selection of the gas,
the electrodes, as well as the operating power, pressure and
flow through the arc results in the production of energy that is
greater than the electric energy consumed by the arc. Heat
produced by the fusion is used for the production of electricity
or other commercial use.
Plasma-arc-through
apparatus and process for submerged electric arcs
US8236150
An application for a
recycler includes a pressure and temperature resistant metal
vessel that is filled with a liquid. Within the vessel is at
least one submerged electric arc between a pair of carbon base
electrodes powered by either a DC or AC current. The vessel has
mechanical systems that maintain and optimize the electric arc.
The electric arc produces a combustible gas. The liquid is
pumped through a bore in one or more of the electrodes,
delivering the liquid directly to the location of the arc,
thereby reducing or eliminating any ignition of the gas by the
arc.
APPARATUS

WO2008008572
// US2008014130

environmentally acceptable gases, where the exhaust is forced to
pass through at least one electric arc (7-22), hydrocarbons and
carbon monoxide in the exhaust are eliminated via their
combustion or decomposition by said electric arc, carbon dioxide
and nitrogen oxides in the exhaust are decomposed by the
electric arc into oxygen, carbon and nitrogen to restore the
oxygen depleted by fossil fuel combustion and converted into
said gases, carbon and other particulates are removed by
suitable filters (800), and a recycled exhaust released into the
atmosphere is composed of nontoxic and nonpolluting gases with
percentages of breathable oxygen and ozone bigger than those of
the original exhaust. Various embodiments are provided that
allow the use of the invention to recycle automotive exhaust;
purify urban air; and reduce global warming via large scale
recycling of green house gases contained in our atmosphere into
oxygen and other environmentally acceptable substances.
APPARATUS
AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF MAGNECULES FROM WATER.
US2004149591
// WO2005076767 // WO2005076767 // US2007080070 //
US2006075683
An electrolyzer which decomposes distilled water into a new fuel
composed of hydrogen, oxygen and their molecular and magnecular
bonds, called HHO. The electrolyzer can be used to provide the
new combustible gas as an additive to combustion engine fuels or
in flame or other generating equipment such as torches and
welders. The new combustible gas is comprised of clusters of
hydrogen and oxygen atoms structured according to a general
formula HmOn wherein m and n have null or positive integer
values with the exception that m and n can not be 0 at the same
time, and wherein said combustible gas has a varying energy
content depending on its use.
OVER-UNITY
PRODUCTION OF CLEAN NEW ENERGIES BY RECYCLING CONTAMINATED
LIQUID WASTE
US6540966
Reactors (108) for the total recycling of contaminated liquid
waste, which produce a clean burning combustible gas, usable
heat, and solid precipitates, a main feature being that a total
of the available energy in the combustible gas and in the
produced heat is greater than an electric energy needed to
operate the apparatus. The latter feature is called commercial
over-unity, and essentially establishes the capability of the
new reactors to tap energy from the liquid molecules in full
conformity with the principle of conservation of the energy.
Different embodiments include the over-unity recycling of
automotive antifreeze and oil waste, a new method for the
production of a fuel from crude oil, for desalting sea water and
for recycling biologically contaminated liquid waste, such as
town sewage, into a clean burning combustible gas, nutrient rich
water useful for irrigation, and soiled precipitates useful for
fertilizers.
THE
NEW CHEMICAL SPECIES OF A MAGNECULE
WO02081601
// US2001038087 // EP1387876
A novel chemical species, called magnecules, which is composed
of clusters of molecules, and/or dimers, and/or atoms formed by
internal bonds due to the magnetic polarization of the orbits of
at least some of the peripheral atomic electrons present in the
cluster, the intrinsic magnetic field of nuclei (1) present in
the cluster, and the intrinsic magnetic fields of valence
electrons (4) present in the cluster that are not correlated in
singlet couplings to other electrons to form valence bonds is
disclosed.
Synthetic
combustible gas generation apparatus and method
US2003051992
A method of obtaining a supply of a synthetic combustible gas
having enhanced combustion properties by providing a fluid
containing a carbonaceous material, creating an electric arc
between spaced electrodes under the fluid to generate a
combustible gas, and collecting the gas to obtain the supply of
the combustible gas. An apparatus for obtaining a supply of a
combustible gas having enhanced combustion properties includes a
fluid containing a carbonaceous material, a vessel for retaining
the fluid, spaced electrodes positioned in the vessel below the
fluid, means for creating an electric arc between the spaced
electrodes to generate a combustible gas, and means for
collecting the gas for obtaining the supply of the gas.
MAGNEGAS,
A NOVEL, HIGHLY EFFICIENT, NONPOLLUTANT, OXYGEN RICH AND
COST COMPETITIVE COMBUSTIBLE GAS AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
WO03002250
// US6673322
Apparatus and process for the production of a clean burning
combustible gas by using electric arc. The electrodes (154, 170)
used in the invention have several configurations. The process
reduces the production of carbon dioxide, hence increases cost
efficiency and the life of the electrodes (154, 170). The
combustible gas is composed of stable magnetically bonded
clusters of molecules and atoms that are detectable in
conventional mass spectrometric detectors, yet such clusters
remain unidentifiable by the computer search among all known
molecules and have no infrared signature other than those of the
conventional molecules constituting the clusters.

Clean
burning liquid fuel produced via a self-sustaining
processing of liquid feedstock
US6663752
The invention relates to a novel self-sustaining method for the
clean production of a clean burning liquid fuel called
MagneFuel, which method is based, first, in the production of a
combustible gas via submerged electric arcs between carbon-base
electrodes from crude oil, oil-base, or water-base liquid waste
and then passing the combustible gas via a high pressure pipe
into a tower for the catalytic liquefaction, whereby the sum of
the heat output in the production of the combustible gas and
that for its catalytic liquefaction is sufficient for the
process to be self-sustaining, that is, capable to produce its
own electricity. It is emphasized that this abstract is provided
to comply with the rules requiring an abstract that will allow a
searcher or other reader to quickly ascertain the subject matter
of the technical disclosure.; It is submitted with the
