Abstract ~ Physical-chemical processes for producing heat, hydrogen and oxygen. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing made of dielectric material, cover also made of dielectric material. Flat annular anode having no openings is mounted under dielectric cylindrical lug of anode-cathode dielectric rod and it is held by means of lock dielectric ring. Cathode is mounted in upper enlarged part of axial opening of anode-cathode dielectric rod. The last together with flat annular anode and cylindrical cathode is inserted with use of thread into axial opening of bottom of housing coaxial relative to axial opening of cover into which branch pipe is inserted for discharge of heated solution and gases. Anode and cathode are connected to pulse type power source.  EFFECT: improved power factors of apparatus.

Flat circular anode has no holes and is mounted on dielectric cylindrical lug of dielectric anode rod provided with hole. Dielectric rod is introduced into axial hole of cover together with flat circular anode by means of thread. Cathode having axial hole is introduced into axial hole of cathode cylindrical dielectric rod by means of thread. Cathode cylindrical dielectric rod is introduced into axial hole in the bottom together with cathode by means of thread coaxially relative to axial hole of anode dielectric rod. Clearance between dielectric lug of anode dielectric rod and bottom of housing is adjusted by axial displacement of anode dielectric rod by means of thread in axial hole of cover. Anode and cathode are connected to power source. EFFECT: enhanced stability of technological process; improved power parameters of device.

Anode cavity is communicated with cathode cavity through duct; gap between anode and cathode cavities is set with possibility of adjustment due to motion of threaded dielectric rod. Axial opening of cathode and opening of dielectric rod form duct for outlet of heated solution. Branch pipe for outlet of gas mixture is arranged in upper part of lid coaxially relative to cathode cavity. Interelectrode chamber has anode cavity as well as top and bottom cathode cavities which are separated by cylindrical boss and intercommunicate at bottom part of chamber. Flat circular anode with hole is disposed in anode cavity. Cylindrical cathode is connected to rod and inserted in dielectric rod, the latter being inserted into interelectrode chamber through threaded hole in bottom part of housing. Such design makes it possible to align working part of cathode relative to through hole of cover and to vary clearance between top and bottom cathode cavities. Anode cavity communicates with cathode top cavity through channel having vertical and horizontal sections disposed in cover; solution admission pipe is located at cover side and gas mixture outlet pipe, in its top part coaxial with top cathode cavity; power unit has pulse generator and control circuits. Abstract ~ Physico-chemical technologies for production of hydrogen and oxygen from water. SUBSTANCE: proposed electrolytic cell has taper housing made from current-conducting material and used as cathode, additional taper electrodes and taper cover made from current-conducting material and used as anode. Cylindrical bases of housing, additional electrodes and cover have circular recesses for dielectric rings. Housing, additional electrodes and cover are connected by means of bolts inserted into holes in cylindrical bases. Insulation between anode, additional electrodes and cathode is insured by dielectric rings, dielectric washers and dielectric bushes. Solution is fed from reservoir to inter-electrode space through passage. Gases escape through branch pipe. Proposed cell may be used for polarization of ions of solution and water molecules in horizontal and vertical planes, thus forming positive potential on anode and negative potential on cathode before connecting the cell to electric circuit; process of separation of gases continues after disconnection of cell from circuit. EFFECT: considerable reduction of power requirements for decomposition of water.

Abstract ~ Physico-chemical technologies of hydrogen and oxygen production. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the physico-chemical technologies of production of hydrogen and oxygen. The device has a cylindrical body manufactured of a dielectric material, an interelectrode chamber, a cathode with a conical outer surface, with a lower branch-pipe and an axial aperture for feeding a solution, an anode with a conical inside surface and the upper branch-pipe and an axial aperture for gases exit. The body has the hollow electrodes of a conical form inserted into it and having axial apertures, diameters of which are step by step increasing in direction from the cathode to the anode. The electrodes are isolated from each other by seal dielectric rings. The technical effect is production of hydrogen and oxygen using a low-amper electrolytic decomposition of water and decreased power input. EFFECT: the invention allows to produce hydrogen and oxygen using a low-amper electrolytic decomposition of water and to decrease power input.

Lower electrode-to-electrode chamber has anode and cathode cavities separated by cylindrical- conical casing boss and communicated with one another in lower part of chamber. Lower and upper anodes are formed rod-like and positioned in lower and upper electrode-to-electrode chambers. Said anodes are connected with one another via conductors at the outside of apparatus. SUBSTANCE: gear has frame with axial hole and cylindrical-conical boss and lower cover which form jointly with frame interelectrode chamber including intercommunicating anode and cathode spaces. Circular anode with hole is positioned in anode space and rod cathode in put into dielectric rod which is brought into interelectrode chamber through threaded hole in lower cover. It enables working part of cathode to be centered relative to hole in refractory metal bushing put through axial hole of frame. Diameter of hole in bushing is less than diameter of cathode. Branch pipe to feed working solution is located in anode chamber, branch pipes to release oxygen are brought to upper part of anode space, branch pipes to release hydrogen are brought to upper part of cathode space and branch pipe to remove steam and gas mixture is installed in axial hole of frame. Given gear makes it feasible to generate thermal energy by heating of solution with the use of plasma and to produce simultaneously hydrogen and oxygen by way of electrolytic and thermal decomposition of water. EFFECT: raised efficiency of gear.
