The invention relates to an electrical machine. The stator 1 is a delay line, in the form of a low-pass filter in the example, formed by inductance 11 and capacitors 12 connected between these inductances and the common conductor 13. The rotor 2 comprises dissipating elements 22 incorporated in circuits 26, separate in the example, and having a common point 25. It is put in movement by a motor. The machine operates as a high-gain amplifier having a wide band of high-frequency signals applied to the input 14 of the stator, separated from the output 15 by the decoupling zone 30. During clean up operations after the end of World War 2, US soldiers were doing house to house searches throughout Germany, to make sure there were no more enemy combatants left. Germany had operated under “blackout” conditions at night for months, so the cities would not be easy bombing targets. Likewise, most utility services had been completely disrupted and fuel was also scarce. This situation provided the inspiration for a brilliant engineer to provide himself a little bit of light in his own basement, with the windows totally shaded. When the US soldiers reached this house, the machine was operating in the basement, running itself and lighting about 300 watts worth of light bulbs. The machine was based on a Bosch Automotive Generator, most probably taken from the limited production Volkswagen of the era. The stator windings were modified and their positions in the housing were altered. Slots were machined in the housing to separate the magnetics into two halves. One part was re-dedicated to the motor operations and the other half was left as the generator. The windings on the armature were not modified. The commutator brush assembly was also modified to adjust for the new coil positions and the new motor functions. The US soldier who found the machine was named Lockridge. Instead of turning the machine over to his superior officers, he crated it up and sent it home to himself. Once home, in Boise, Idaho, Lockridge back engineered the machine, built operational replicas throughout the 1950s, and sold them to weekend campers, to light there campsites. No working models survive today....

Processing bulk natural wood into a high-performance structural material

Abstract -- Synthetic structural materials with exceptional mechanical performance suffer from either large weight and adverse environmental impact (for example, steels and alloys) or complex manufacturing processes and thus high cost (for example, polymer-based and biomimetic composites). Natural wood is a low-cost and abundant material and has been used for millennia as a structural material for building and furniture construction. However, the mechanical performance of natural wood (its strength and toughness) is unsatisfactory for many advanced engineering structures and applications. Pre-treatment with steam, heat, ammonia or cold rolling followed by densification has led to the enhanced mechanical performance of natural wood. However, the existing methods result in incomplete densification and lack dimensional stability, particularly in response to humid environments, and wood treated in these ways can expand and weaken. Here we report a simple and effective strategy to transform bulk natural wood directly into a high-performance structural material with a more than tenfold increase in strength, toughness and ballistic resistance and with greater dimensional stability. Our two-step process involves the partial removal of lignin and hemicellulose from the natural wood via a boiling process in an aqueous mixture of NaOH and Na2SO3 followed by hot-pressing, leading to the total collapse of cell walls and the complete densification of the natural wood with highly aligned cellulose nanofibres. This strategy is shown to be universally effective for various species of wood. Our processed wood has a specific strength higher than that of most structural metals and alloys, making it a low-cost, high-performance, lightweight alternative.

Abstract -- Natural lignocellulose has been a significant renewable raw material attributable to its high specific mechanical performance, compared to the benefits of traditional reinforcing fibers. However, the unsatisfactory mechanical performance of lignocellulose-based materials has limited applications in many advanced engineering domains. Herein, we demonstrate that layered bulk delignified nanolignocellulose/brushite composites with a multifold increase in strength and toughness. Our procedure contains the partially removable lignin and hemicellulose from the nanolignocellulose and the precipitating process of brushite on the nanolignocellulose surface via the mechanochemical process and flow-directed assembly followed by hot-pressing, resulting in the complete toppling of cell walls and the densification of the nanolignocellulose/brushite composites with highly ordered layered structures. This composite exhibits an ultrastrong specific strength 1.8-4.4 times higher than that of modified lignocellulose-based materials, which surpasses that of most natural structural materials and some metals and alloys, opening a path for production of ultrastrong lignocellulose-based load-bearing materials in practical applications by various farming and forestry surplus operations.

Australian researchers have demonstrated a ‘speed breeding’ technique for common crops. Their method yields far more food per unit area than conventional farming, relying on specially calibrated LEDs that emit light at specific frequencies onto crops to accelerate plant growth.
Using this setup, researchers showed that they could grow six generations of wheat, chickpea, and barley, as well as four generations of canola plants, in a single year. Typically, farmers in the field only grow one generation of each crop. The yields are strikingly high even when compared to crops grown in a lamp glasshouse environment, which produced two to three generations...
This means that for the same unit area, it’s possible to grow six times more food than in the open field and up to three times more food than typical glasshouses...
Speed breeding was initially explored by NASA over a decade ago as a means to enhance food production during space missions where efficiency is critical and every square inch counts. Scientists at the University of Sydney, the University of Queensland, and the John Innes Centre, continued the project, picking up from where NASA left off.
Their setup involves specially-tuned LEDs that emit light in the far-red spectrum and at a high intensity to accelerate photosynthesis in intensive regimes of up to 22 hours per day...
“In our paper, we demonstrate that wheat and barley populations can be grown at a density of about 900 plants per square meter, thus in combination with LED light systems, this presents an exciting opportunity to scale up the operation for industry use.”
The yields are certainly impressive but what was really surprising, even for the researchers themselves, was the quality of the crops.... In fact, the new technology creates plants that look better and are healthier than those using standard conditions. Photonic topological boundary pumping as a probe of 4D quantum Hall physics

Abstract -- When a two-dimensional (2D) electron gas is placed in a perpendicular magnetic field, its in-plane transverse conductance becomes quantized; this is known as the quantum Hall effect1. It arises from the non-trivial topology of the electronic band structure of the system, where an integer topological invariant (the first Chern number) leads to quantized Hall conductance. It has been shown theoretically that the quantum Hall effect can be generalized to four spatial dimensions2,3,4, but so far this has not been realized experimentally because experimental systems are limited to three spatial dimensions. Here we use tunable 2D arrays of photonic waveguides to realize a dynamically generated four-dimensional (4D) quantum Hall system experimentally. The inter-waveguide separation in the array is constructed in such a way that the propagation of light through the device samples over momenta in two additional synthetic dimensions, thus realizing a 2D topological pump5,6,7,8. As a result, the band structure has 4D topological invariants (known as second Chern numbers) that support a quantized bulk Hall response with 4D symmetry7. In a finite-sized system, the 4D topological bulk response is carried by localized edge modes that cross the sample when the synthetic momenta are modulated. We observe this crossing directly through photon pumping of our system from edge to edge and corner to corner. These crossings are equivalent to charge pumping across a 4D system from one three-dimensional hypersurface to the spatially opposite one and from one 2D hyperedge to another. Our results provide a platform for the study of higher-dimensional topological physics.

A look into the fourth dimension
Ever since Albert Einstein developed the special theory of relativity in Zurich in 1905, by «fourth dimension» one usually means time. But how can one visualize a fourth spatial dimension - in addition to top-bottom, right-left and front-back? In the arts Salvador Dalí tried that: his crucifixion scene painted in 1954 shows as cross consisting of the three-dimensional unfolding of a hypercube in four dimensions (similarly to the unfolding of a cube into squares). A completely different, but no less fascinating, look into the fourth spatial dimension was now obtained by two teams of scientists from Switzerland, USA, Germany, Italy and Israel. The ETH researcher Oded Zilberberg, professor at the Institute for Theoretical Physics, played a pivotal role in both publications, which were recently published in the scientific journal Nature. He provided the theoretical basis for the experiments in which a four-dimensional physical phenomenon could be observed in two dimensions.

But Zilberberg had a clever idea: using so-called topological pumps it should be possible to add a virtual dimension to both of the real dimensions of the quantum Hall effect. A topological pump works by modulating a specific control parameter of the physical system, which causes its quantum state to change in a characteristic way over time. The end result then looks as though the system had been moving in an additional spatial dimension. In this way one can, theoretically, turn a two-dimensional system into a four-dimensional one.

Plasmonic metal nanostructures have attracted considerable attention for solar energy harvesting due to their capability in photothermal conversion. However, the narrow resonant band of the conventional plasmonic nanoparticles greatly limits their application as only a small fraction of the solar energy can be utilized. Herein, a unique confined seeded growth strategy is developed to synthesize black silver nanostructures with broadband absorption in the visible and near-infrared spectrum. Through this novel strategy, assemblages of silver nanoparticles with widely distributed interparticle distances are generated in rod-shaped tubular spaces, leading to strong random plasmonic coupling and accordingly broadband absorption for significantly improved utilization of solar energy. With excellent efficiency in converting solar energy to heat, the resulting black Ag nanostructures can be made into thin films floating at the air/water interface for efficient generation of clean water steam through localized interfacial heating.

Abtract -- The growing human population and a changing environment have raised significant concern for global food security, with the current improvement rate of several important crops inadequate to meet future demand1. This slow improvement rate is attributed partly to the long generation times of crop plants. Here, we present a method called ‘speed breeding’, which greatly shortens generation time and accelerates breeding and research programmes. Speed breeding can be used to achieve up to 6 generations per year for spring wheat (Triticum aestivum), durum wheat (T. durum), barley (Hordeum vulgare), chickpea (Cicer arietinum) and pea (Pisum sativum), and 4 generations for canola (Brassica napus), instead of 2–3 under normal glasshouse conditions. We demonstrate that speed breeding in fully enclosed, controlled-environment growth chambers can accelerate plant development for research purposes, including phenotyping of adult plant traits, mutant studies and transformation. The use of supplemental lighting in a glasshouse environment allows rapid generation cycling through single seed descent (SSD) and potential for adaptation to larger-scale crop improvement programs. Cost saving through light-emitting diode (LED) supplemental lighting is also outlined. We envisage great potential for integrating speed breeding with other modern crop breeding technologies, including high-throughput genotyping, genome editing and genomic selection, accelerating the rate of crop improvement.

‘Speed breeding’ (SB) shortens the breeding cycle and accelerates crop research through rapid generation advancement. SB can be carried out in numerous ways, one of which involves extending the duration of plants’ daily exposure to light, combined with early seed harvest, to cycle quickly from seed to seed, thereby reducing the generation times for some long-day (LD) or day-neutral crops. In this protocol, we present glasshouse and growth chamber–based SB approaches with supporting data from experimentation with several crops. We describe the conditions that promote the rapid growth of bread wheat, durum wheat, barley, oat, various Brassica species, chickpea, pea, grass pea, quinoa and Brachypodium distachyon. Points of flexibility within the protocols are highlighted, including how plant density can be increased to efficiently scale up plant numbers for single-seed descent (SSD). In addition, instructions are provided on how to perform SB on a small scale in a benchtop growth cabinet, enabling optimization of parameters at a low cost.

Abstract -- Calcium fructoborate (CF), a natural sugar-borate ester found in fresh fruits and vegetables, is a source of soluble boron. CF contains three forms of borate (diester, monoester, and boric acid) and all are biologically active, both at the intracellular (as free boric acid) and extracellular level (as fructose-borate diester and monoester). At the cellular and molecular level, CF is superior to the boric acid/borate, exhibiting a complex "protective" effect against inflammatory response. CF is commercially available in the USA as a "nature-identical" complex, an active compound for dietary supplements. It provides effective and safe support against the discomfort and lack of flexibility associated with osteoarticular conditions (arthritis and joint degeneration), and improves Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis (WOMAC) and McGill indexes. In addition, orally administered CF is effective in ameliorating symptoms of physiological response to stress, including inflammation of the mucous membranes, discomfort associated with osteoarthritis disorders, and bone loss, and also for supporting cardiovascular health. Clinical studies have exhibited the ability of CF to significantly modulate molecular markers associated with inflammatory mechanisms, mainly on the elevated serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP).

Plasma total and free testosterone, plasma boron, lean body mass, and strength measurements were determined on Days 1 and 49 of the study. Plasma boron values were significantly (p < 0.05) different as the experimental group increased from (+/- SD) 20.1 +/- 7.7 ppb pretest to 32.6 +/- 27.6 ppb posttest, while the control group mean decreased from 15.1 +/- 14.4 ppb pretest to 6.3 +/- 5.5 ppb posttest. Analysis of variance indicated no significant effect of boron supplementation on any of the dependent variables. Both groups demonstrated significant increases in total testosterone, lean body mass, 1-RM squat, and 1-RM bench press. The findings suggest that 7 weeks of bodybuilding can increase total testosterone, lean body mass, and strength in lesser trained bodybuilders, and that boron supplementation had no effect on these measures.

Abstract -- Boron is increasingly added to food supplements due to multiple effects that have been reported in mammals after boric acid administration. Among these effects are inflammatory process control, bone and muscle strength enhancement, protein expression regulation, and a decreased risk of developing some pathologies in which these processes are key, such as osteoporosis, dermatological inflammatory non-infectious maladies and diseases affecting the central nervous system. Experimental data have suggested that steroid hormone levels in plasma change after boric acid administration, but a clear mechanism behind these variations has not been established. We analyzed possibilities for these changes and hypothesized that boric acid disrupts the interactions between steroid hormones and several carriers in plasma. In particular, we proposed that there is an uncoupling of the interactions between sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and estrogens and testosterone and that there are alterations in the binding of hydrophobic ligands by other carrier proteins in plasma. Further experimental and computational studies are required to support the hypothesis that boric acid and probably other boron-containing compounds can displace steroid hormones from their plasma carriers. If such phenomena are confirmed, boron administration with a clear mechanism could be employed as a therapeutic agent in several diseases or physiological events that require modulation of steroid hormone levels in plasma.

To power their electric bandage, or e-bandage, the researchers made a wearable nanogenerator by overlapping sheets of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), copper foil and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The nanogenerator converted skin movements, which occur during normal activity or even breathing, into small electrical pulses. This current flowed to two working electrodes that were placed on either side of the skin wound to produce a weak electric field. The team tested the device by placing it over wounds on rats’ backs. Wounds covered by e-bandages closed within 3 days, compared with 12 days for a control bandage with no electric field. Abstract
Recent studies of the minute morphology of the skin by optical coherence tomography showed that the sweat ducts in human skin are helically shaped tubes, filled with a conductive aqueous solution. A computer simulation study of these structures in millimeter and submillimeter wave bands show that the human skin functions as an array of low-Q helical antennas. Experimental evidence is presented that the spectral response in the sub-Terahertz region is governed by the level of activity of the perspiration system. It is also correlated to physiological stress as manifested by the pulse rate and the systolic blood pressure.

Photonic topological boundary pumping as a probe of 4D quantum Hall physics

Abstract -- When a two-dimensional (2D) electron gas is placed in a perpendicular magnetic field, its in-plane transverse conductance becomes quantized; this is known as the quantum Hall effect1. It arises from the non-trivial topology of the electronic band structure of the system, where an integer topological invariant (the first Chern number) leads to quantized Hall conductance. It has been shown theoretically that the quantum Hall effect can be generalized to four spatial dimensions2,3,4, but so far this has not been realized experimentally because experimental systems are limited to three spatial dimensions. Here we use tunable 2D arrays of photonic waveguides to realize a dynamically generated four-dimensional (4D) quantum Hall system experimentally. The inter-waveguide separation in the array is constructed in such a way that the propagation of light through the device samples over momenta in two additional synthetic dimensions, thus realizing a 2D topological pump5,6,7,8. As a result, the band structure has 4D topological invariants (known as second Chern numbers) that support a quantized bulk Hall response with 4D symmetry7. In a finite-sized system, the 4D topological bulk response is carried by localized edge modes that cross the sample when the synthetic momenta are modulated. We observe this crossing directly through photon pumping of our system from edge to edge and corner to corner. These crossings are equivalent to charge pumping across a 4D system from one three-dimensional hypersurface to the spatially opposite one and from one 2D hyperedge to another. Our results provide a platform for the study of higher-dimensional topological physics.

Ever since Albert Einstein developed the special theory of relativity in Zurich in 1905, by «fourth dimension» one usually means time. But how can one visualize a fourth spatial dimension - in addition to top-bottom, right-left and front-back? In the arts Salvador Dalí tried that: his crucifixion scene painted in 1954 shows as cross consisting of the three-dimensional unfolding of a hypercube in four dimensions (similarly to the unfolding of a cube into squares). Co(III)hexammine, significantly inhibited Sindbis virus replication in baby hamster kidney (BHK) cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. In plaque assays, the incubation of Co(III)hexammine with Sindbis virus resulted in a dose-dependent decrease in virus replication when measured at both 24 and 48-h post-infection. Over the concentration range of 0–5 mM Co(III)hexammine, the IC50 for the inhibition of viral replication was determined to be 0.10 ± 0.04 mM at 48 h. Additionally, when BHK cell monolayers were pretreated with Co(III)hexammine for 6 h prior to Sindbis infection, optimal cellular morphology and plasma membrane integrity were observed at 0.6–1.2 mM Co(III)hexammine. Analysis by flow cytometry confirmed that Co(III)hexammine mediated a concomitant dose-dependent increase in BHK cell viability and a decrease in the percentage of Sindbis virus-infected cells (IC50 = 0.13 ± 0.04 mM). Our findings demonstrate for the first time that Co(III)hexammine possesses potent antiviral activity. We discuss our findings within the context of the ability to further functionalize Co(III)hexammine to render it a highly specific antiviral therapeutic reagent.

Hexaamminecobalt(III) chloride is the chemical compound with the formula [Co(NH3)6]Cl3. It is the chloride salt of the coordination complex [Co(NH3)6]3+, which is considered an archetypal "Werner complex", named after the pioneer of coordination chemistry, Alfred Werner. The cation itself is a metal ammine complex with six ammonia ligands attached to the cobalt(III) ion.
Originally salts of [Co(NH3)6]3+ were described as the luteo (Latin: yellow) complex of cobalt. This name has been discarded as modern chemistry considers color less important than molecular structure. Other similar complexes also had color names, such as purpureo (Latin: purple) for a cobalt pentammine complex, and praseo (Greek: green) and violeo (Latin: violet) for two isomeric tetrammine complexes.[1]
Properties and structure
[Co(NH3)6]3+ is diamagnetic, with a low-spin 3d6 octahedral Co(III) center. The cation obeys the 18-electron rule and is considered to be a classic example of an exchange inert metal complex. As a manifestation of its inertness, [Co(NH3)6]Cl3 can be recrystallized unchanged from concentrated hydrochloric acid: the NH3 is so tightly bound to the Co(III) centers that it does not dissociate to allow its protonation.[2] In contrast, labile metal ammine complexes, such as [Ni(NH3)6]Cl2, react rapidly with acids, reflecting the lability of the Ni(II)–NH3 bonds. Upon heating, hexamminecobalt(III) begins to lose some of its ammine ligands, eventually producing a stronger oxidant.
The chloride ions in [Co(NH3)6]Cl3 can be exchanged with a variety of other anions such as nitrate, bromide, iodide, sulfamate to afford the corresponding [Co(NH3)6]X3 derivative. Such salts are orange or bright yellow and display varying degrees of water solubility. The chloride ion can be also exchanged with more complex anions such as the hexathiocyanatochromate(III), yielding a pink compound with formula [Co(NH3)6] [Cr(SCN)6], or the ferricyanide ion.[citation needed]
Preparation
[Co(NH3)6]Cl3 is prepared by treating cobalt(II) chloride with ammonia and ammonium chloride followed by oxidation. Oxidants include hydrogen peroxide or oxygen in the presence of charcoal catalyst.[2] This salt appears to have been first reported by Fremy.[3]
The acetate salt can be prepared by aerobic oxidation of cobalt(II) acetate, ammonium acetate, and ammonia in methanol.[4] The acetate salt is highly water-soluble to the level of 1.9 M (20 °C), versus 0.26 M for the trichloride.
Uses
[Co(NH3)6]3+ is a component of some structural biology methods (especially for DNA or RNA, where positive ions stabilize tertiary structure of the phosphate backbone), to help solve their structures by X-ray crystallography[5] or by nuclear magnetic resonance.[6] In the biological system, the counterions would more probably be Mg2+, but the heavy atoms of cobalt (or sometimes iridium, as in PDB: 2GIS) provide anomalous scattering to solve the phase problem and produce an electron-density map of the structure.[7]
[Co(NH3)6]3+ is an unusual example of a water-soluble trivalent metal complex and is of utility for charge-shielding applications such as the stabilization of highly negatively charged complexes, such as interactions with and between nucleic acids. The compound induced the transition of DNA structure from the classical B-form to the Z-form.[8]

Every homeowner who holds a mortgage actually lives as a tenant in secret fear of foreclosure and eviction. None are prepared for that nightmare.

Avaricious bankers, attorneys, and realtors are to blame for a monstrous fraud that underlies the real estate industry, feeds the foreclosure process, and recycles stolen properties in a Ponzi scheme of fiat inflation, deflation, and bankruptcy that has condemned countless families to homeless poverty.

The bank practices studied concealment and incomplete disclosure of some fine print details in your mortgage loan application; otherwise you probably wouldn't be there, because it is not the bank's money to lend. Federal case law has repeatedly decided that banks cannot loan their own money; they merely act with your permission but without full disclosure to secure a loan from the Treasury Department in your name:

"A National Bank cannot lend its credit or become the guarantor of the of the obligation of another unless it owns or has an interest in the obligation guaranteed especially where it receives no benefits therefrom." Citizens Nat Bank of Cameron v. Good Roads Gravel Co., Tex Civ App 1921, 236 SW 153; and, "National Banks have no power to negotiate loans for others." Pollock v. Lumbermen's Nat Bank of Portland, Or. 1917,168 R. 616, 86 Or. 324, etc.

Instead, during the 3-day rescission period after you apply for a loan, the bank uses your signature and Social Security number to borrow from the Treasury, hypothecates the money manyfold into other investment accounts, refunds the Treasury, balances the books, and profits obscenely while you wait for approval to go into debt with them, then to be billed monthly for decades, and foreclosed upon if you miss a payment. Banks don't risk a penny, but do rob you with a pen. They also immediately pool your Note with thousands of others to form derivative trusts and securities in which there is no trust or security, but buttloads of money. Even if you go bankrupt, they lose nothing because mortgages are insured. The banks are double-dipping several times over.

Yet they never have true Title to your Property, and the physical Note gets lost in the shuffle during subsequent unlawful transactions. The contract is incomplete, written in fictitious language, and it is falsely certified as authentic through MERS, the Mortgage Electronic Registration System.

MERS is used to avoid payment of filing fees due to local governments, and it serves to convey forged notes without authorization, that despite the fact that their website www.mersinc.org states that "the MERS system is not a vehicle for creating and transferring beneficial ownership in mortgage loans, nor does it have beneficial interest in mortgage notes... It has no rights whatsoever for creating or transferring benefic interest in the mortgage loans." MERS is the Mortgagee of record for its members, but the original lender or subsequent party who purchases the note is obliged to retain physical possession of the note.

Note too that some states, e.g., Nevada, are "Title States" where the Title and Note must remain whole. Securitization splits them. If claimants cannot produce the original "wet ink signature" document during litigation, they are failing to mediate in good faith, and do not have equitable standing. See Pasillas v. HSBC Bank USA, 255 P.3d 1281 (2011). And because a mortgage is a security instrument that follows the underlying note, a mortgage assignment cannot be valid unless the physical note is attached. The case of Carpenter v. Longan, 83 US 271, 274 (1872) determined that "[T]he note and mortgage are inseparable... the assignment of the note carries the mortgage with it, while an assignment of the latter alone is a nullity."

Furthermore: under 3 UCC (the Unified Commercial Code), a surrogate signed stamp is not valid as a signature endorsement that permits the exercise of any rights -- including the right to foreclose -- to subsequent holders of the Note. Nor was there a presentment of original documents, required by 3 UCC §202(2). The decision in Vance v. Fields, 172 So. 2d 613 (1965) applies here: "Recordation of an invalid instrument affords no protection to claimants thereunder."

Banks routinely ignore the rules and rulings as they abuse MERS with their corporate shell games, such as for example REMIC (Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit) "MANA Series 2007-82", which was run by HSBC Bank USA and Merryl Lynch Investors, Inc.. The Substitution of Trustee was "robo-signed" by David Perez, "Assistant Vice-President of MERS", followed by a Notice of Default robo-signed by Yvonne S. Belcher. Then Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. converted and altered the Note without authorization, despite which it was endorsed by another robo-signer, "Assistant Vice-President" Larry R. Kern. Fake addresses also were used, such as 2300 Lakeview Parkway, Alpharetta GA; the Google Maps street view shows only trees there. In reality, the senior homeowners were evicted without warning in September 2023.

A FOIA request to the SEC by research specialist Charlotte Fulton in 2010 concerning "IMPAC CMB 2005-5 Trust" revealed another layer of fraud: it never existed! The financiers apparently applied for a REMIC Trust to Security Exchange Commission and were assigned a working CUSIP number, but they didn't complete the application process or pay fees; instead, the CUSIP was used to give the color of law to their business plans.

Attorneys routinely present fraudulent documents to convince courts that they have standing. By doing so, they prevent witnesses and evidence from bringing correctness to the court, and commit these crimes: Unjust Enrichment, 12 USC §5565; Willful Violations, 15 USC §78ff; Misprision of Felony, 18 USC §4; Counterfeiting and Forgery, 18 USC §25; Fraudulent Assignment, 18 USC §47; Deprivation under Color of Law 18 USC §242; False, fictitious, or fraudulent Claims, 18 USC §287; Circulation of Obligation of Expired Corporation, 18 USC §335; Falsifying Documents, 18 USC §472; Extortion, 18 USC §872; Fraud and Conspiracy, 18 USC §1001; False Statements, 18 USC §1014, 26 USC §26, and 31 USC §3729; Frauds and Swindles, 18 USC §1391;  Perjury, 18 USC §1621; Constructive Mail & Wire Fraud, 18 USC §1341-1343; False Statements, 26 USC §26 and 31 USC §1729; Misrepresentation, 33 USC §931; and Deprivation of Evidence & Witnesses, 42 USC §1985. They also offend the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act (FDCPA), 15 USC §1692e; the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), 12 USC §1692; the Truth In Lending Act (TILA), 15 USC §1641, and the False Claims Act (FCA), 31 USC §3729, and more.

In Nevada, where this writer lives, the banks, et al., violate NRS 205.105 by "Forgery of instrument purporting to have been issued by corporation or state..."; NRS 205.110, "Uttering forged instruments"; NRS 205.115, "True writing signed by wrongdoer's name or name of person not in existence", and NRS 104.3407, an illegal conversion and unauthorized alteration made to the Note. Such false conveyance of property is a category C felony. Most egregious is their violation of NRS 193.167, "Certain crimes committed against person 60 years of age or older or against vulnerable person", when handicapped elderly homeowners are evicted by such evil means, often to die heartbroken soon after.

The entire process is corrupt, yet little is done about it. Judges and attorneys are however very liable for their collusion under 42 USC §1986 and 18 USC §3: "When a person with authority and power to correct has knowledge of a crime, and when that person neglects, refuses, or fails to prevent, that person thereby aids the crime, and shall be liable to the injured party." 18 USC §1918 adds that Public Officers and Employees who violate their Oath of Office immediately forfeit their Office and their Authority.

These insufferable torts are fatal flaws in contracts that give legal Cause of Action to render the mortgage void, and entitle homeowners to legal remedy, including clear Title, renumeration for incurred expenses, and punitive fines determined by the Court, because "Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments." U.S. v. Throckmorton, 98 US 61, 65.

Until homeowners unite in class action lawsuits, vampire bankers and their minion lawyers will continue to act with arrogant impunity and apparent immunity as they prosecute many more millions of fraudulent foreclosures. The evicted victims, thus rendered helpless, suffer grievous loss of income, credit, equity, reputation, freedom, mental and physical health, and life itself. But seriously: it behooves every "homeowner" to have a bugout bag or grocery cart ready to go.
